IntergriSign Express for NetSuite is the only on-demand esignature service seamlessly integrated within NetSuite CRM+. To initiate an esigning process within your NetSuite interface, simply click on the "Send Signature" tab.
To initiate the IntegriSign Express e-signing process, you simply upload the document requiring a signature and enter the email addresses of the parties who need to sign. You can personalize your email message or use the standard default greeting.
As the e-signing process initiator, you receive a confirmation email that states whether your request for esignatures was sent successfully. It also provides your Tracking ID Number that enables you to Track your request.
At any time during the e-signing process, the initiator can view the current status of in-progress documents and esignatures by selecting the “Track” tab.
The signers receive your email invitation to e-sign. The link found in the email gives signers access to IntegriSign Express.
 
Signers now have access to IntegriSign Express. Clicking the “Continue” button will bring them to the document that requires their review and esignature.
Signers review the document, enter their name and initials, and click “Agree to eSign”. This indicates their willingness to e-sign and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined within the document. Should the signer not wish to sign the document, there is also a “Decline to eSign” option that can be selected.
 
Prior to applying the esignature to the document, IntegriSign Express asks signers to reaffirm their intent to e-sign by presenting a dated/time-stamped confirmation text box. By selecting the “I Agree” button, signers confirm that they do intend to have their esignature applied to the document.
After their esignature is applied, signers can view, save, or continue to track the e-signed document within IntegriSign Express. Once all parties have e-signed, they each receive an email containing a copy of the fully executed, digitally-bound package.
 
Once IntegriSign Express applies an esignature, the signer’s name, along with a time and date stamp, will be visible at the bottom of the document.
